Cancellation Guidelines

1. Cancellation Window: You may cancel your booking up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled class time for a full refund or reschedule.
2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled class will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
3. Missed Classes: Classes missed without prior cancellation will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

How to Cancel

1. Log in to your account on our website and navigate to the “My Bookings” section.
2. Use the cancellation option to cancel the booking directly.

• A confirmation email will be sent after successful cancellation.
