Eligibility for Refunds

1. Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made 4 hours or more before the scheduled class time.
2. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

1. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving a cancellation request.
2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

1. Missed classes without prior cancellation.
2. Subscription fees for ongoing courses.
3. Technical issues caused by the student’s device or internet connection.
